West Point graduate (Class of 1984) Tim Rushatz as been a resident here are Carolina Trace for many years. As a co-owner of CTGP and full owner of Smart Energy Solutions he has looked to only improve the Carolina Trace Community for many of his neighboors.

 

While Tim is not a real estate agent, he assists with marketing and rents out CTGP owned rentals.  Tim joined multiple POA boards here in Carolina Trace to help run the community and provide his experience, ideas, and insight as a successful business owner and entrepreneur.  He moved here back in 1990 with his wife Karen Rushatz who has become a local Sanford artist who both assists and hosts local arts displays and shows yearly in Sanford. Now with multiple rental properties under their ownership they look to provide short term and long term rental options to those traveling to the area.
